- Will I be informed before the delivery of my order ?
Courier companies usually do not call before delivery. They will come to the address you specified and if they can't find you, they will leave a notification for you to call them and make an appointment. If we find that 2 days after sending your order, you have not received it, we will contact you for the best service and to help you with the receipt.
- When will my order arrive ?
We make every effort to deliver shipments within 2-5 business days from the order date.
Holidays and weekends are excluded, as they are not considered business days. In the event that there is a reason for your order to be delayed, you will be informed via e-mail.
- What is your return policy ?
If you want to make a return, we undertake to replace the product you purchased with any other product of equal or greater value. All you have to do is return the unwanted product to us via courier within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package. Shipping costs are borne by the sender.
It is preferable, when making a return, to use a courier service, since Vintage Lovers is not responsible for products that may be lost in the mail.
Please be aware that after the aforementioned period (14 working days) we will not be able to accept your return. All products returned to our headquarters must be in the perfect condition in which they were sent to you in the first place.
After completing the return process, you must indicate to us the product, or products that will replace, your original purchase. We undertake to complete your return process within 5 working days, from the date we received it.
For your information, we would like you to know that some products are excluded from our return policy. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear and swimwear. Also, all products returned to us must have their special tag.
