Want to return a product? No problem!

Return or exchange of a product that is not due to our error or defect in the product is at the expense of the customer and on the condition that the product is in excellent condition, intact in its original packaging and within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the product you have received has any defect or a mistake has been made in the color/design or the code, of course we will make sure to fix it immediately! More specifically, read the following steps before returning your package.

1. The product must be in its original packaging with all its tags and accompanied by the proof of purchase. For this, put it back in the box/bag in which you received it together with the accompanying slip.
2. Shipping costs are borne by the sender. You can choose to send your package back to us with any courier company you wish.
3. If the product you received has a defect and you want to allow it, contact us  and we will make sure to cover the cost of transporting your package to us.
4. If the product belongs to the category of fragile items, it should be wrapped in bubble wrap, taped with safety tape and packed in a 5-layer kraft box without gaps and margins on the right and left so that it does not move inside the box. If you prefer, you can bring it to us himself/herself in the store and we will make your change. If something like that is not possible, take care of the best possible packaging. If the product reaches us damaged, broken or has any defect caused by the transport, we will not be able to accept it.

GENERAL RETURN TERMS

As soon as the consumer receives the product he has ordered, he must unpack it and check it carefully to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects. In the event that there are any, he is entitled to request a replacement of the item and return it to the company without incurring the cost refund. The company is obliged to replace this item with a new one in a short time. In the event that this is not possible due to availability, the company must return the monetary value to the consumer or provide him with a discount coupon of the same value for the next purchase in case that this serves the consumer.

Product returns charged by the COMPANY:

The return of products is charged at the expense of the COMPANY in the following cases:

  • If the wrong product by type, design or quantity has been delivered

  • If the product has a defect

 

In order to make a return at a charge to the company, there must first have been a telephone notification (2106236486) or a written notification to this email info@vintagelovers.gr In all cases the return of the product to be replaced must be made together with all the documents which accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail package, etc.) and its complete packaging (unless it is a defect that was discovered later after delivery. In this case, you should take care of the perfect packaging of the product before shipment.
In case of return of the products depending on the case, a repair or replacement will be carried out, otherwise the transaction will be canceled if the customer legally rejects the two previous ones, in which case, provided that the products have been previously received and checked by the COMPANY , in case of cancellation , the refund to the customer will be made exclusively through a bank managed by the COMPANY.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer. It is expressly stated that a refund and cancellation of the sale is possible only after the return of the product(s) and always accompanied by the proof of purchase. Our online store team will check the package upon its return and if they approve the process, the refund can be completed exclusively through a bank.
