Tip!
If something spills inside the bag, don't worry as the material is waterproof on the inside. In this case you can simply clean it with a damp cloth, hand wash it or even put it in the washing machine on low temperatures (30, no spin).

Shipments in Greece are made via ACS Courier and transport company and to foreign countries via DHL. Please contact our customer service department if you wish to be informed about your shipment.

They will come to the address you specified and if they can't find you, they will leave a notification for you to call them and make an appointment. If we find that 2 days after sending your order, you have not received it, we will contact you for your best service and to help you with the receipt.
We make every effort to deliver shipments within 2-5 business days from the order date. Holidays and weekends are excluded, as they are not considered business days.
