Shipments in Greece are made via ACS Courier and transport company and to foreign countries via DHL. Please contact our customer service department if you wish to be informed about your shipment.

We will get back to you as soon as possible, providing all the necessary information about your shipment. Regarding the receipt of your order, it would be useful to know that courier companies usually do not call before delivery.

They will come to the address you specified and if they can't find you, they will leave a notification for you to call them and make an appointment. If we find that 2 days after sending your order, you have not received it, we will contact you for your best service and to help you with the receipt.
